Democratic Congressional candidates for the 24th and 25th Congressional districts will participate in a Cayuga County Democratic Committee public forum Wednesday, May 17.
Expected to attend are Michael Arcuri, the Oneida County District Attorney, and Les Roberts, a college lecturer from Cortland, who are running for the seat Republican Rep. Sherwood Boehlert is retiring from.
Also expected to attend are Democrats Paloma Capanna, Ken Howland, of Conquest, and Daniel Maffei, who are running for the seat Republican incumbent James Walsh holds.
The forum will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Polish Falcons in Auburn. Members of the public are encouraged to bring written questions or they may fill out a question card at the forum.
A moderator will ask the written questions of the candidates.
