Moravia dominates track

GROTON - Claire Hunsinger won the triple jump (29-4), long jump (12-0) and the high jump (4-2) as Moravia defeated Groton 100.5-38.5 in a track and field meet Tuesday.
Hunsinger was also part of the winning 1600M relay team (5:03.4) which included Alicia McLaughlin, Kayla Slater and Jackie Thomas. Thomas, Kerrin Epstein, Cassey Hagin and Gabe Chiddy won the 3200M relay (12:04.4).

Epstein took first in the 1500M (5:24.0) and 800M (2:40.0). McGlaughlin won the 100M (14.5) and the 400M hurdles (1:23.7).

Amber Murphy won the shot put (30-1) and the discus (96-1) while Emily Dusseau finished first in the 200M (30.3) and the 400M (10.8).

Jessica Higgins was tops in the 100 hurdles (19.2) and Kristy Henderson won the pole vault (6-6).

The Blue Devils (6-1) host the Moravia relays Saturday.
