Q. What is the one food you cannot live without? Why?

A. My mother's cooking. She prepares everything with love.

Q. If you could only eat one food the rest of your life, what would it be?

A. Elotes, frijoles and nopalitos.

A. Relax.

Q. If you were given a million dollars to open your own restaurant or bar, describe the bar or restaurant and what type of food you would serve.

A. I already have what I need.

Q. Where would it be located? Why?

A. Close to my family.

Q. On the day of your restaurant/bar's grand opening, if you could select anyone in the world to be your first three guests, who would they be?

A. The young Elvis. He's so good looking; he takes my breath away.

Q. Describe your most embarrassing moment while working on the job.

A. I could fill a book.

Q. What are the attributes of a great boss?

A. Setting a good example for the employees, hard working, pride and have their own rewards.

Q. If you weren't working in the food business what would you like to be doing? Now, realistically, what would you probably be doing?

A. Helping my family improve their lives.
