Each Wednesday, The Citizen features someone in the food services industry from the Finger Lakes community in The Banks: This week, we spotlight Francisco Suarez of Avicolli's Pizza.

Q. What is the one food you cannot live without?

A. Pasta

Q. If you could only live on cotton candy, Cracker Jack or Pixie Stix, which would you pick? Why?

A. Cracker Jacks because it comes with a prize.

A. Don't cook at all.

Q. If you were given a million dollars to open your own restaurant or bar, describe the bar or restaurant and what type of food you would serve.

A. One that stays open 24 hours a day and serves seafood.
