At a time when most upstate New York communities are struggling to keep manufacturing jobs, a small company in Mentz has been adding them and investing in its facility.
Now Max 200 Performance Dog Equipment is hoping to get some help from the state in exchange.
The company produces dog obedience and agility training equipment used all over the country, and in some of the most prestigious dog agility competitions.
