AUBURN - Catherine T. Young, 91, of Auburn, died Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2005.

Mrs. Young was born in Erin, the daughter of Charles and Theresa Hazelbauer Tobey. Mrs. Young lived most of her life in the Auburn area. She was a past employee of W.T. Grants and the Family Bargain Center. She will always be remembered as a wonderful caregiver.

Mrs. Young is survived by her son, Richard Young of Oregon; a daughter, Catherine A. Young of Auburn; two sisters, Helen Burr and Theresa Egan; her grandchildren, Casandra Sharp and Ren Fairman, both of Auburn, Jennifer Young of Oregon and Michael Young of California.

Mrs. Young was predeceased by her husband, Stanley Young, on Jan. 16, 1978.

Mrs. Young's wishes were to have no calling hours or funeral services.

Memorial contributions may be made to one's charity of choice in memory of Catherine T. Young.
