FULTON - The Auburn Stingrays swim team came away with a dominating win over host Fulton last Saturday, taking all 10 age divisions and improving their record to 3-0. Auburn takes a two-week break before hosting Cortland on Dec. 10.
Abbie Conners swam first in the 25 fly and 50 free and Allyson Green placed first in the 25 breast as the E-Girls (ages 8-and-under) held on to win 39-21.
Alyssa Baker claimed first in the 25 back and Carly Kane touched second in both the 25 free and 50 free. Emily Harding took second in the 100 free as did Yasmine Smith in the 25 back.
Katie Kelley, Hannah Gargan, Julia Angotti and Cassie Brown teamed up to place second in the 100 free relay.
Joe Buck won the 50 free and 100 IM and the E-Boys also pulled off a close win, 34-26. Max Keffer placed first in the 100 free and 25 breast while Tyler Mason took second in the 25 back. Nathan Harding swam second in the 100 free.
Derrick Allio and Bruce Kane joined Mason and Erik Erbes to win the 100 free relay.
The D-Girls (ages 9 and 10) posted a 49-27 win as Makenzie Hauger captured first in the 100 free and 100 IM and Michaela Elliott placed first in the 200 free and 50 fly.
Erin Murphy won the 50 free and was third in the 50 breast. Mary Buck finished first in the 50 back and second in the 100 free and Mary Jane Leja placed second in the 50 and third in the 100 frees.
Emily Rifanburg swam second in the 50 breast and Lezlie Balk was third in the 100 IM. Danielle Butera claimed third in the 50 back.
Buck, Hauger, Elliott and Murphy started it off with a win in the 200 medley relay.
Collin Mitchell won the 200 free relay and 50 back and Dan Carter placed first in the 50 breast and second in the 100 free as the D-Boys went on to post the day's closest division win 21-19.
Andrew Bauso captured third in both the 50 and 100 freestyle events and Jamison Murphy placed third in the 50 back.
The C-Girls (ages 11 and 12) cruised to a 53-20 win as Kara Cunningham swam first in the 50 back and 100 free and Kathryn Carter won the 50 breast and 50 free.
Allison White placed first in the 50 fly and second in the 50 back and Danielle Lang also touched first in the 200 free and second in the 100 free.
Erin Reilly claimed second in both the 200 and 50 frees. Jessica Wilkes finished second in the 50 breast and third in the 50 fly and Molly Blair took third in the 200 and 100 frees.
Katlin Salemi touched third in the 50 breast as did Onea Kloster in the 50 back. Salemi united with Kloster, Reilly and Mackenzie Malone to claim second in the 200 free relay and Cunningham, Carter, White and Wilkes won the 200 medley relay by more than a minute.
Adam Zelehowsky led the C-Boys to a 52-15 victory winning the 200 free and 50 back as did Reid Swartz in the 100 free and 50 breast.
Connor Kilmer took first in the 50 free and second in the 50 back and Sean Doyle swam second in both the 200 free and 50 breast. Matt Tehan was second in the 100 free.
Brett Ryan placed third in the 200 and 50 frees and Patrick Stephens swam third in the 50 back. Luke Wilczek connected with Tehan, Doyle and Kilmer and took first in the 200 free relay.
Kelsey Roe was the day's biggest point leader, taking first in the 200 free, 100 free and 100 back as the B-Girls (ages 13 and 14) won 67-17. Danielle Lyndaker placed first in the 100 fly and 200 IM.
Ashley King touched first in the 20-lap 500 free and also swam second in the 200 free. Mallorie Dygert finished first in the 50 free and third in the 100 fly and Tracy Miller was second in the 100 back and 100 fly.
Brigid Clary captured second in the 100 free and Bethany Schroeder swam second in the 100 breast and third in the 50 free.
Claire Toal placed second in the 50 free missing first by .40. Tiffany Kline, Lyndaker, Kristin Cunningham and Dygert won the 200 free relay.
Ray Cereo posted two personal best times, taking third in the 50 and 100 frees and Lucas Zelehowsky was first in the 200 free and 100 breast as the B-boys cruised to a 50-12 win.
Patrick O'Donovan won the 50 free, 100 free and 100 back and Johnny Tehan was first in the 200 IM and 550 free.
Justin Sawran was second in the 100 free and Ed Moll claimed third in both the 200 free and 100 breast. David Castle swam second in the 50 free.
Meghan Clary, Amanda Clark, Kate Dellonte and Morgan Piedmonte won the 200 medley relay as the A-Girls (ages 15-and-up) posted a 60-19 victory. AK Bragan won the 50 and 500 frees and Dellonte also finished first in the 100 back and second in the 100 free.
Janna Fiermonte touched first in the 200 IM and second in the 100 back and Piedmonte won the 200 free and was third in the 50 free.
Reagan Cuddy placed second in the 200 free and third in the 100 free and Erica Piedmonte was second in the 200 IM. Clary finished first in the 100 fly and Clark swam second in the 100 breast.
The A-Boys had their closest contest of the season, 49-36. Preston Chaffee posted victories in the 200 free, 200 IM and 500 free. Matt Valvo won the 100 breast and 100 fly while finishing second in the 500 free.
Cameron Lovenduski placed second in the 100 free and third in the 100 fly and Sean McNamara captured first in the 50 free. Tristan White to took second in the 100 back and third in the 100 free, missing second by only .44.
Greg Rifanburg touched third in the 200 IM. Lucas Zelehowsky swam up an age division to team with Rifanburg, McNamara and Lovenduski to win the 400 free relay.
