AUBURN - Lena Bovi Pisano, 83, formerly of Boyle Center, died Sunday, Oct. 23, 2005, in Finger Lakes Center for Living.

A life resident of Auburn, Lena was a communicant of St. Mary's Church. She had been employed at Dunn & McCarthy Shoe Company. She had been a member of the Cayuga County Civil Defense Corps. and enjoyed crocheting, ceramics and, most of all, cooking for her beautiful family.

Surviving are three sons, Patrick of Florida, David of Camillus and Richard and his wife, Sandy, of Weedsport; a daughter, Barbara Cereo, and her husband, Joseph, of Elbridge; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Lena was predeceased by her husband, Patrick A. Pisano, and two grandchildren, Steven Pisano and Patrick Cereo.

Friends are invited to join the family for a Mass of Christian burial to be offered at 9:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 31 in St. Mary's Church, Auburn. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. today in the Cheche Funeral Home.

This loving mother, grandmother, great and great-great grandmother, will be greatly missed but will always remain in the hearts of all her family.
