WOLCOTT - Clarence Brown, 84, formerly of West Main Street, Wolcott, died Monday, Oct. 24, 2005, at Wayne County Nursing Home, Lyons.
Mr. Brown was born in the town of Niles, the son of the late Clinton and Clara Gould Brown. He was employed by the Wolcott Hotel for 40 years as a handyman.
He is survived by five sisters, Betty Thompson, Grace Iocolano, Lorraine Hamilton and Hazel Hosier, all of Auburn and Lottie Evanokia of Colorado; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Sharon and Bill DeMarse of Red Creek. Mr. Brown was predeceased by five brothers, Lloyd, Howard, Robert, Dick and George and three sisters, Mary Dunchuck, Bertha Tratt and Catherine Brown.
There will be no calling hours and no service.
Brew Funeral Home, Auburn, is in charge of arrangements.
