Canio P. 'Ken' DaLoia, 89, of Syracuse, passed away Thursday, Sept. 15, 2005, at Community Hospital.
Mr. DaLoia was born in Auburn and was a resident of Syracuse for the past 60 years. He retired from Barr-Lewellyn Car Dealership where he worked for many years in the body shop. Ken volunteered with the Coast Guard on Oneida Lake, was a past member of the Moose Club and a US WWII Army Veteran. He was predeceased by his wife, Clare DaLoia in 1972
He is survived by his brothers, Joseph (Paula) and Anthony DaLoia, both of Auburn; several nieces and nephews. A calling hour will be 9 to 10 a.m. Monday at Farone & Son, 1500 Park St., Syracuse with services to follow at 10 a.m. Burial wil be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Dewitt.
