AUBURN - Mary C. Wise, 87, of Standard Woods Apartments, Auburn, died Monday, Sept. 12, 2005, at Mercy Health & Rehabilitation Center in Auburn.

Mrs. Wise was born in Akron, Ohio, the daughter of the late George and Anna Bunganich Baranick, and has resided in Auburn for most of her life.

She was a salesperson for the John Bouck Real Estate Co. in Auburn for more than 20 years, and is a former member of the NYS Real Estate Association. She is also a communicant of Holy Family Church.

Surviving her is one son, Robert Edward Wise of Auburn; one daughter, Patricia A. and her husband, Kenneth R. Garrison Jr. of Sherrill; one sister, Marge Chumbers and her husband, Louis, of Poughkeepsie; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Wise was predeceased by her husband, Charles Edward Wise, who died June 19, 1967; two brothers, George and John Baranick; and one sister, Anna Rigby.

A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 14, in St. Joseph's Cemetery, town of Fleming.

There will be no calling hours.
