An Auburn woman was arrested Monday by Auburn city police for allegedly stabbing her husband with a steak knife.
Sandra L. Vivenzio, 41, of 35 Wall St., Apt. 2., was charged with a felony, second-degree assault. She is accused of stabbing her husband, Lance Vivenzio, in the left forearm with the knife.
The spouses were living apart, but the conflict started when Lance Vivenzio tried to enter Sandra Vivenzio's apartment and she barred him from entering, police said.
Lance Vivenzio needed medical treatment, and was taken to Auburn Memorial Hospital, where he received a couple of stitches, police said.
