AUBURN - Rita J. DeBois, 46, formerly of Auburn, passed away Friday, July 22, 2005, at the Bashford East Medical Care Center in Louisville, Ky.
Rita was born Oct. 2, 1958, the daughter of Albert and Florence Allen.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas (Mert) DeBois; five children, James, Jenifer, Jace, Travis and Hope DeBois; seven grandchildren, Brent, Lindsey, Brooke, Brianna, Lauren and Lucas DeBois, and Mya Wejko; mother, Florence Allen; four brothers, Kenny Tama, Albert, Philip and Bobby Allen; two sisters, Sandra Allen and Virginia (Allen) Soules; several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by a very special friend, Krystal Woodson, in Louisville, Ky.
Rita was predeceased by her father in 1996.
Graveside services will be held for family and friends at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 20, in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
