AUBURN - A warrant was issued in Cayuga County Court Thursday for a Lansing man due to be sentenced on a felony driving while intoxicated charge.
Glenn Bossard, 48, of 2611 Lansing-Genoa Townline Road, previously was convicted for driving with a 0.14 blood alcohol content July 9, 2004, on Route 38 in the village of Moravia.
Bossard's attorney, Wesley McDermott, of Ithaca, appeared for Thursday's scheduled sentencing and said his client hadn't responded to a telephone message.
McDermott said he intended to stop by his client's home on his return to Ithaca.
Also in court:
- Albert Janes, 22, of 7408 State Street Road, Auburn admitted he violated his probation with a misdemeanor conviction of driving while intoxicated.
Janes was sentenced to probation in Onondaga County in May 2004 after being convicted of stealing $1,510 worth of men's clothing from McLaughlin's Department Store in Skaneateles January 2004.
Janes will be sentenced for the probation violation Oct. 14.
