S.K. Post slides past Byrn Trophy

AUBURN - Anthony Siracusa hurled a complete-game two-hitter with nine strikeouts to lead S.K. Post to a win over Byrn Trophy, 5-3, in an Auburn Babe Ruth game on Thursday night.

Robbie Miller powered S.K.'s offense with a pair of hits. Nick Rusinko added a triple, and Tom Trowell and Bill Kick each had a hit as well.

Mike Hutchings allowed just five hits on the mound for Byrn, and added a hit at the plate. Mike Ryan had the only other hit for Byrn.

Timmy Locastro played well in the field.
