Mothers of victim, suspect fight following arraignment
AUBURN - The grieving mother of Anthony Agee, who died from a stab wound Sunday morning, was arrested Monday for allegedly striking the mother of her son's killer.
Agee's mother, Linda Wilson, was involved with an altercation with Kathleen Andrews outside of the historic post office following the arraignment of Andrews' son, Joshua Nervina. Nervina, 17, was arraigned Monday in Auburn City Court for allegedly stabbing Agee.
Auburn Police Department officers responded to the call at approximately 10 a.m. and arrested Wilson, 45, of 18 Blauvelt Drive, Port Byron, on a misdemeanor charge of third-degree assault.
