Heieck-Pelc squeaks past C&L Carpet Cleaning

Devin O'Grady scored the winning goal as Heieck-Pelc edged C&L Carpet Cleaning 1-0 in a Finger Lakes Minor Soccer League Atom Division Game Wednesday. Alfie Morgan had two saves in goal.
Jon Mathews and Zachary Foley each had two saves in goal for C&L. Jake Clumer and Sam Peckham played well defensively.

SENIOR

Neale Taylor scored four goals to lead Mark S. Kalyan over K.E. Loft Hoof Trimming 5-1. John Applebee added the remaining goals, while CJ Kudla stopped 13 shots.

Ashley Shaffer found Jarred Guy for K.E. Loft Hoof Trimming's lone goal. Guy had 12 saves, while Amber Grader had 15.

Despite 27 saves from Curtis Sherwood, Pilat Graphic Design fell to Mortimer Agency 3-0. Chris Ackerly, Craig Hunter and Eddie Rizzo all scored for Mortimer's.

JUNIOR

Jacob DeChick had two goals and two assists as BMW Tax Service shut out Crew Boys Racing 7-0. Jesse Schooley also had two goals, Derek Hansen had one goal and one assist, and Danielle Prescott and Chelsea Precourt had one goal each. Hansen and DeChick each had three stops.

Matthew St. Martin had 17 saves for Crew Boys. Mitchell Taylor added five.

SQUIRT

Sean Lattimore scored the winning goal to lead the Springside Inn over Anne's Family Restaurant 1-0. Hakeem Ali had four saves in the net, and Shaylnn Freeman added two. Chris Bennett and Mason Ianiri played well defensively.

Madelyn Vanliew had six saves for Anne's Family Restaurant, while Merek Hilliker had five and Ahron Secor had four. Carlie Kehoe, Daley Fanning and Kara Hickey played well defensively.

Kevin Canales had a had trick to lead Recckio's Body Shop over Nino's Pizzeria 8-0. Dan Teabo and Zachary Kurtz each scored twice, and Catilynne Abraham found the net once. Stephanie Helzer had an assist. Zachary Recckio and Canales combined for four saves. Alex Earanska has six saves for Nino's Pizzeria, Mike Pysnack had five, Leah Walsh had four and Lauren Rindfleisch had one.

Julianna Pinckney found the net to give the Port Byron Squirts a 1-0 win over D. Landes and Company. Tyler Doan had four saves, Courtney Verdi had two, and Matthew Bracht, Kaitlyn Locastro and Samantha Mahunik played well defensively.

Nicole Landes and Becky Whitman both had three saves in goal for D. Landes and Company, while Morgan Besner and Jake Williams had one apiece. Landes and Noah Cooper were cited for defensive play.

Henry Foresman, Emma Blodgett and Alicia Distin each scored as Cuddy Financial defeated NYSCoPBA 3-1. Kevin Deyo made one save.

Eric Prior had five saves for NYSCoPBA, Taylor McBain had four and Celina Rescott had one.
