AUBURN - Pinch runner Urson Lasagna scored on Jimmy Spinelli's RBI single to lift Kayn Design over Nucor, 3-2, in an Auburn Little League game on Wednesday.
Lasagna was pinch running for Liam Grzasko, who singled. Matt Carberry, Matt Colella (double) and Mike Finizio also had hits for Kayn Design. Andrew Sanders pitched a complete-game four-hitter with 15 strikeouts.
Cole Bardreau led Nucor with a pair of hits (one double).
Joel Handley and Justin Lyndaker also added hits.
Nick Price and Lyndaker combined to fan 10 in the five-hitter.

Autech Plastics scored five runs in the fourth inning to edge Auburn Police, 19-18.
Joseph Hess went 4-for-4 with the game-winning RBI, and Stephen Bennett went 4-for-4 with two doubles. Jordan Kensinge and Quinn Hukee each went 3-for-3.
Bill Alberry went 3-for-3 for Auburn Police. Mike Esposito, Jacob Hirrick and Joshua Hirrick played well defensively. Christopher Esposito went 3-for-3 and was also stellar in the field.
