MORAVIA - Joseph Russell Horn, 24, of Moravia, died Monday, May 30, 2005, at University Hospital, Syracuse.
Joseph was born June 22, 1980 in Auburn, the son of Robert and Theresa Horn of Moravia. He was a 1998 graduate of Moravia Central School, and was presently employed at Upsco Mfg. in Moravia.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Matthew (Kelly) Horn; nieces, Gabrielle and Chamberlain Horn of Fort Stewart, Ga.; his grandmother, Zelda Burnett of Florida; aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, June 2, at the Shurtleff Funeral Home, 103 Lincoln Ave., Groton, with the Rev. Sam Neno officiating. Burial will follow in Groton Rural Cemetery. Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, prior to the service.
Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, or to the Medical ICU Unit at University Hospital, Syracuse.
