ONEIDA - Adam Severence shot a 79 to lead the Skaneateles boys golf team to a fourth-place finish in its Section III, Class B-2 tournament at the Oneida Silversmiths Golf Course.
Also for Skaneateles, Mike Lemp and Matt Christopher each shot an 83, Trey Savage shot an 85 and Alex Walsh a 88. Severance, Lemp and Christopher all qualified for the Section III Championship at Colgate later this week.

BALDWINSVILLE - Bob Buckley pitched a two-hitter with eight strikeouts to lead the Maroons.
Chris Gomez led the offense with three hits and a triple. Anthony Siracusa had two hits (double) and Nick Ventura added two singles. Ryan LaRue, Buckley and Noah Donch each had one hit and two RBIs. Zach Sears added one single.
