Onallee E. Mundt

AUBURN - Onallee E. Mundt, 84, formerly of Walker Road, Auburn, died Thursday, April 21, 2005, at the Iroquois Nursing Home, Jamesville.
Mrs. Mundt was born in the town of Springport, the daughter of the late Tracy and Myra Smith, and has resided in Auburn for most of her life.

Mrs. Mundt was employed at the General Electric Co. of Auburn for 23 years, retiring several years ago.

In addition, she was a member of St. Luke's United Church of Christ, and the Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post No. 97.

Surviving are three grandchildren, Melisa J. Bishop of Fayetteville, David J. Bishop Jr. of Denver, N.C., and Tyler M. Bishop of Auburn; three sisters-in-law, Alice Smith of Auburn, Yvonne Bergerstock and her husband, Duane, of Cayuga, and Shirley Mundt and her husband, Allen, of Liverpool; several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Martial R. Mundt, in 1997; and a daughter, Marcia Bishop, in 1995.

Calling hours and services were Saturday, April 23, at the Brew Funeral Home, 48 South St., Auburn. Interment was in Lakeview Cemetery, Cayuga.

Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Hospice of the Finger Lakes, 1130 Corporate Drive, Auburn, NY 13021, in memory of Mrs. Mundt.
