Title matchup now set

SKANEATELES - Mark's Auto Sales won the second half of the Coca-Cola/Pearl Lakes Golf Course Classic League by defeating second-place Friendly Trash Service 8-5. Mark's finished the second half with a 144.5/63.5 and will face first-half winner CJ's Pub for the overall championship at 9 p.m. on April 25.
Jeff Matty (240) and Rick Lambrecht (646) paced Mark's, while Gary Feldman Jr. (698) and Michelle Feldman (672) led Friendly Trash Service.

Morris' World Famous Grill took third place by defeating the fourth-place Killer Bees. Matt Bodner (684), Joe Sefca (679) and Scott Bodner (654) paced Morris', and the Killer Bees were led by Ed DeTomaso (668) and Tom Knapp (654).

Pearl Lakes Golf Course finished in sixth place after edging fifth-place Locastro Construction, 7-6. Bob Kreydatus rolled a 683 and Angelo Tozzi rolled a 605 for Pearl Lakes, while Derek Locastro paced Locastro Construction with a 672.

CJ's Pub (seventh place) got by Byllye Lanes (eighth place). CJ's was led by 300-roller Mike Ryan (768), and John Ashby (609). Byllye was paced by Bob Clarke Sr. (712) and Todd Wilcox (635).

Cedar House (ninth place) defeated The Blind (11th place) 8.5-4.5. Ed Monnell II (611) and Sharon Shoemaker (603) paced Cedar House.

Baldwin Lumber (10th place) downed DB Pascal (12th place) 11-2. Benny Appleby (699) and Brandon Slayton (620) led Baldwin Lumber.

Jeff Matty shut out Rick Lambrect, 3-0, to win the second half of the league by a margin of 35.5-15.5 to 35-16. Matty will face first-half winner Gary Feldman Jr.

Gary Feldman Jr. edged Michelle Feldman (T-sixth place) 2-1 to finish in third. Derek Locastro and Bob Kreydatus to tie for fourth, defeating Scott Bodner (ninth) and Bill Kuszaj (T-sixth), respectively. Both won by a 2-1 margin.

Benny Appleby (T-sixth) edged Joe Sefca (11th), 2-1. Mike Ryan (10th) snuck past Jeff Chalupnicki (T-13th) 2-1. Jim Locastro (12th) blanked Jerry Locastro (T-15th) 3-0 and Tom Knapp got by Tim Poormon (15th) 2-1.

In other matches won by a 2-1 margin, Greg Hypes (17th) defeated Bazil Abram (18th), Frank Francis (22nd) downed Jeff Shutter (24th), Bob Kreydatus edged John Ashby (25th), Sharon Shoemaker (29th) got by Eric Sidor (28th) and Dineen Manipole (23nd) edged Bill Stanley (31st).

Matt Bodner (27th) shut out Ernie Hyde (30th), 3-0, and Todd Wilcox (21st) beat Angelo Tozzi (26th) 2.5-0.5.
