Bennett leads Lakers past Red Rams

JAMESVILLE - Dan Bennett pitched six shutout innings allowing one hit with six strikeouts and three walks as the Skaneateles baseball team beat Jamesville-DeWitt 5-0 Tuesday.
Bennett also came through at the plate for two hits. Andrew Grutka homered and doubled for three RBIs. Mike Perkins doubled and Mike Pesarchick homered with two walks. Josh Sherman added a hit.

Skaneateles (1-0) hosts Mexico tonight.
