Auburn Pony League and Little League registration is from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Feb. 16 and March 2 at Seward Elementary

Softball pitching clinic this month

A softball pitching clinic will be held for girls in grades fourth-eighth from 7-8 p.m. Feb. 7, 14, 28 at West Middle School.

Pitchers need to bring glove, sneakers, and someone to catch for them.

Champions For Life Sports Center is now accepting registrations for gymnastics, cheerleading and tumbling, homeschool fitness program, karate and indoor tennis.

AAU Boys Basketball Travel Team tryouts

The AAU Boys Basketball www.centralwestern.org 2005 Travel Team tryouts are March 6 or March 15.

Ages 12 to 14 try out from 5-7 p.m., ages 15 to 17 from 7-9 p.m. Need only to try out on one date. Mandatory meeting March 21 for qualifying player and parent.

Play ping pong at Fingerlakes Mall

The Auburn Table Tennis Club is hosting an Open Table event at the Fingerlakes Mall today.

Play against a friend, make a new friend or play against the club's table tennis robot. Two tables will be set up outside Bass Pro Shops from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

There is no charge and paddles and balls will be provided.

Upcoming events at the YMCA-WEIU

- New session starts Feb. 21 Sign-up for general public Feb. 14. Introduction to yoga is Feb. 21 at 1 p.m. Pregnancy fitness classes are Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6:30-7:30 p.m. Defensive driving class is Feb. 21, 8 a.m.-3 p.m.

Power yoga starts March 6 from Noon-1 p.m.. A Four-on-Four basketball tournament will be held Feb. 23 at 10 a.m. open to ages 10-12, cost $20 per team

Hitting league starts Feb. 19. Open gym activities in the B-gym; dodgeball for kids is on Tuesdays or Wednesdays

On March 4 and 5 the YMCA Racquetball Tournament will be held and is open to all levels and ages-friendly competition.
