AUBURN - Alan Doody scored 15 points to lead St. Francis to a 54-41 win over St. Alphonsus in an 8th grade CYO game on Sunday.
Nick Bolak added 13 points for the winners. Gabe Zsiros scored 15 points to lead St. A's and Mike Gordon chipped in with nine.
Sacred Heart beat Sts. Peter & Paul 54-36 behind John Fiermonte's nine points and David Rescott's eight. Jeff Tonzi paced Sts. Peter & Paul with 17 points, Scott Chalupnicki added six.
Robby Watros scored 10 points to lead St. Mary's to a 53-14 win over Holy Family. Tim Locastro and Jake Bouley each scored eight for St. Mary's. Adam Hurd paced Holy Family with six points and Matt Bennett added four.

First Niagara Bank of Weedsport beat Cato 51-26. Craig Mietz had 11 points, four assists and four steals. Chris O'Bryan had seven points and 11 rebounds. Dominic Galletta had seven points and five rebounds.
Charlie Denzer led Cato with eight points.
7TH GRADE
Goulds Pumps defeated Southern Cayuga 51-20 behind Justin Rose's 19 points. Jesse Schooley added eight. Abe Jordan had six points and 10 rebounds.
Weaver Machine and Tool beat Cato 52-37. Bob Dushatinski scored 10 points to lead Weaver's. Jawan Richardson added 10 points. Cody Young was cited for his defensive play.
In the second game, Weaver Machine and Tool beat Port Byron 42-32. Luke Christiantelli scored 10 points and Richardson added 10. Zachary Clark was cited for defense.
6TH GRADE
Southern Cayuga Ag Trac beat Moravia 2 28-10. Zach VanNostrand paced Ag Trac with 14 points. Kevin Stockton and Justin Walter each scored four points with Stockton adding 10 rebounds. Zach Wilkinson scored five points and Ryan Nesbit added four to lead Moravia.
Moravia 1 edged Weedsport's Tanah Merah Farms 19-18. Matt Stockton led Weedsport with eight points and Jacob McDeid added four.
Byrn's Trophy edged Port Byron 29-28. Mike Ferlenda led Byrn's with nine points. Brendan Raftis added six points and seven rebounds. Mitch Corey was cited for his defense. Austin Johnston led Port Byron with 14 points.
First National Bank of Geneva defeated Jordan-Elbridge 35-17. Mike Granato scored 15 points to lead Bank of Geneva and Jabari Penda added 10. Anthony Elice was cited for defense.

Partnership for Results beat Weedsport 30-23 behind Kyree Rufus's 15 points and Jessie Nwajei's eight. Ian Miller was cited for defense.
