NEW HOPE -- Michael James O'Donnell, 54, of New Hope, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 30, 2005.
Michael was an employee of Cayuga Community College for the past eight years. He worked as an instructional assistant in the Data Center. He was an avid photographer, chess player and computer specialist.
He was a graduate of Skaneateles Central School and received a B.S. degree from Empire State College. Surviving is a daughter, Georgia; his fiancee, Jonni Bocchino; father, James O'Donnell; and sister, Mary Lou Ciesla.
Michael requested his body be donated for cancer research.
Friends are invited to gather in Michael's memory from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 3, at the home of his sister, 2708 E. Lake Road, Skaneateles. For further directions, call 685-9979. Contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
