Born in Auburn, he had retired from Robert D. Spence, Inc., of Amboy.
Surviving are his wife, Dorothy Fletcher Fares, and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Catherine Denitto, Albert Fletcher, Sam Indelicato, and Mr. and Mrs. Edward Fletcher.
Services are at 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 3, 2005, following calling hours from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Robert D. Gray Funeral Home, 49 Jordan St., Skaneateles. Contributions may be made to the family.
