BESSE, Janet Starkweather, 79, of Skaneateles, died Thursday, Dec. 9, 2004. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Dec. 18 in the parish hall at St. James Episcopal Church in Skaneateles. Contributions may be made to International Myeloma Foundation (http://myeloma.org), the Erie Canal Museum or the Tri-County Skaneateles Lake Association. Arrangements by Robert D. Gray Funeral Home, Skaneateles.
