SKANEATELES - The Killer Bees remained in first place by defeating CJ's Pub 8-5 in the Coca-Cola/ Pearl Lakes Golf Course Classic League at Cedar House Lanes on Monday.

The Bees were led by Bill Kuszaj (675) and Tom Knapp (674). CJ's was paced by Mike Ryan (672), Tim Poorman (659), and John Ashby (626).

BYLLYE Lanes is now tied for third after they beat Baldwin Lumber (ninth). BYLLYE was led by Todd Wilcox (704), Bob Clarke Jr. (667) and Bill Stanley (633). Rusty Clifton (651) and Benny Appleby (607) were the top bowlers for Baldwin.

Mark's Auto Service (tied for third) beat Friendly Trash Service 8-5. Mark's was led by Rick Lambrecht (741). Michele Feldman (712) paced Friendly's.

Locastro Construction (sixth) edged Pearl Lakes Golf Course (seventh) 7-6. Locastro's was led by Jerry Locastro (715), Jim Locastro (686), and Derek Locastro (631). Pearl Lakes was topped by CJ Curtis (733), Greg Spinelli (667) and Angelo Tozzi (603).

Morris' World Famous Grill (eighth) beat the blind (11th) 10-3. Morris' was led by Matt Bodner (645), Scott Bodner (642), and Joe Sefca (616).

DB Pascal (10th) downed Cedar House (12th) 10-3. DB Pascel was led by Bazil Abram (732) and Dineen Manipole (601).

Locastro/ Pezone Memorial Classic Singles

Rusty Clifton remained in first place with a 3-0 win over Jeff Chalupnicki. In second place, Tom Knapp defeated Fran Francis 3-0 and Bob Clarke Jr. beat Matt Bodner 2-1.

CJ Curtis beat John Ashby 3-0 to take sole possession of fourth place. In fifth place, Gary Feldman defeated Ernie Hyde 2.5-1.5, and Michelle Feldman beat Scott Bodner 2-1.

In other matches, Rick Lambrecht ( seventh) defeated Tim Poorman 2-1, Bob Kreydatus (eighth) beat Sharon Shoemaker 3-0. and Bill Kuszaj (ninth) beat Derek Locastro 2-1.
