MARCELLUS - The Auburn Arsenal Avengers Under-17 girls soccer team defeated Camillus 13-1 behind Nikki Szczepanski's four goals and two assists this past weekend.

Jordan Pelc had three goals and one assist, Mandi Lauckern had two goals and one assist, Melissa Hrynyk had two goals and and Kaylee Petrosino added one. Abby Gamba, Sam Whitaker, and Melissa Glowacki each had two assists.

Ashley Persaile had three saves. Katrina Rigby was cited for her defensive efforts.

UNDER 15

The Auburn Ice defeated Westside SC 7-2 led by Laura Taylor's four goals and one assist. Chelsea Hogan and Jen Fox each had one goal and one assist. Kelsey Quest added one goal. Lindsey Tarby had one assist. Kim Luebner had eight saves.

Brittany Rabuano, Emile Covert, and Lauren Dunster were cited for outstanding play.

UNDER 14

The Auburn Explosion defeated Skaneateles 4-3 on Kim Neagle's game-winning goal with 1:25 left.

Nikki Neagle had two goals to lead the Explosion. Sarah Green had one goal. Nikki Schattinger had six saves.

Kaylee Roeshlaub, Liz Latanyshyn, and Mary Gleason were cited for overall play.

UNDER 13

Skaneateles defeated the Auburn Lancers 7-4. Kim Neagle had two goals, Nikki Neagle and Sarah Miller each had one goal. Aubrey Campbell had 14 saves. Kelsey Helinski, Bri Moshaty, and Marissa Stroup were cited for their play.

UNDER 12

The Auburn Piranha tied Skaneateles 2-2. Emily Kukella and Morgan Clancy each had one goal. Emily Parker had 10 saves. Maggie Lewis, Taylre Mizro and Chelsea Blowers were cited for overall play.
