Cordelia Elizabeth Carter

AUBURN - Cordelia Elizabeth Carter (Roundtree Kennedy), 96, formerly of 22 Parker St., Auburn, died Sunday, Aug. 29, 2004, in Rochester General Hospital.

A native of Rochester, Cordelia was a graduate of Mynderse Academy of Seneca Falls. She then attended The New England Conservatory in Boston to continue her music education. She came to Auburn in 1926 for a two-week vacation, where she met and married her late husband Reginald Carter, who died in 1983. She lived in Auburn until she was 91 years of age.
