AUBURN - Mary Luksa Good, 89, widow of Walter Good, of North Brook Court Apartments, died Friday, April 2, 2004, at Mercy Health & Rehabilitation Center.
A life resident of Auburn, she was a member of St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church, and a member of the Marion Sisterhood and the Russian Club. She had catered banquets and weddings for many years and was a former employee of International Harvester Co.
Surviving is her son, James and his wife Rita Good of Florida; grandchildren, John Good of Missouri, Gary and his wife Christine Good of Pennsylvania, Mary Beth Hurd of Florida and Dan and his wife Jennifer Good of Pennsylvania; great-grandchildren, Katie, John, Michael, Vicky, Rachel, Jordan and Gavin; her brother, Edward Michallow of Auburn; and sister, Barbara Bolaski of Texas; her sister-in-law, Mary Luksa of Auburn; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, Michael Luksa and Elizabeth Luksa Michallow; and stepfather, John Michallow.
Funeral services will be 9 a.m. Monday, from the Nicpon Funeral Home, 235 State St., Auburn, and 9:30 a.m. in St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church. Interment will be in St. Nicholas Cemetery, Half Acre. Calling hours continue from 4 to 8 p.m. today, at the funeral home.
