Edward Moore Rodgers

TOMS RIVER, N.J. - Edward Moore Rodgers, 75, of Toms River, New Jersey, died Monday, March 29, 2004.
Mr. Rodgers was a native of New York City, the son of the late Edward F. and Elizabeth Moore Rodgers Jr. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict, serving with the Air Force.

He received his Bachelor of science degree from Colgate University, and a masters in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota. He retired in 1991, after 35 years as a real estate broker with Douglas Elliman, and then Peter Sharp and Co. He was a member of the Norwood, N.J. American Legion.

He is survived by his wife, the former Irene Pankewsky; two daughters, Elizabeth Mary Key of Hamburg, N.J. and Carol Anne Arnold of Old Bridge, N.J.; and four grandchildren.

Funeral services are 9:30 a.m. Monday, in SS. Peter & Paul Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery. There are no local calling hours.

Arrangements are by the Plis Funeral Home, Auburn.
