NEW YORK CITY -- Mrs. Ahmed Ur. Nisa Begum, passed away March 8, 2004, in New York City.

She is survived by four sons, Dr. Rayees Nizam of Syracuse, and Khusro Nizam, Hakem Nizam and Wequar Azeem, all of New York City; three daughters; and 20 grandchildren.

Donations may be made to Matthew House, 43 Metcalf Drive, Auburn.
