SCIPIO CENTER - Mr. Edward F. Killian, 73, of 2341 Manchester Road, Scipio Center, died Thursday, Jan. 29, 2004, at his home.
A lifelong resident of Manchester Road, he was the son of Frank and Bernice Tokarz Killian. A 1949 graduate of Sherwood School, he was a dairy and crop farmer, owning Killian Farm, which was established by his grandfather.
Surviving is his wife, Marilyn McKane Killian, whom he married July 7, 1956; and their children, Daniel Killian of Scipio Center, Douglas (Lisa) Killian of Scipio Center, and Edward (Shari) Killian Jr. of Cold Brook; grandsons, Jayson, Rick, Nathan, Ryan, Michael and Brian; granddaughters, Jessica and Hayley; great-grandson, Jacen; one sister, Betty Lou (Dick) Mead of Newark Valley; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and an aunt, Ethel Tokarz of Auburn.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 2, at Farrell's Funeral Service Inc., 84 South St., Auburn, with the Rev. James Enright officiating. Calling hours will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. today, Feb. 1, at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Scipio Volunteer Fire Department.
