FT. MYERS, Fla. - Iretta R. Cook, 82, died Monday, Dec. 23, 2002, at Health Park Medical Center, Ft. Myers, Fla.
Iretta worked for many years at the Chamber of Commerce before retiring from Genesee Labs of Auburn. She was a member of the Church of Ascension.
She is survived by two sons, Frederick Clark of West Palm Beach, Fla. and Robert and his wife, Susan Clark of Chicago, Ill.; two stepdaughters, Judy and her husband, Keith Benjamin of Auburn and Sally Morgan of Sarasota, Fla.; two brothers, Robert and his wife, Jean Rumph of Detroit, Mich. and David and wife, Peggy Rumph of Portland, Maine; a brother-in-law, John and his wife, Betty Clark of Vero Beach, Fla.; a sister-in-law, Mary Clark of Auburn; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by husbands Frederick Clark in 1958 and Herbert Alton cook in 1988.
A memorial service is planned at the Church of the Ascension, Ft. Myers Beach, Fla. An additional memorial service and burial is planned for the spring of 2003. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Auburn.
Local arrangements are entrusted to the care of Langham Funeral Home.
